On top of that, going to the gym every day (or doing exercise in general) can lead to a rather positive chain reaction. It could lead to you eating a healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner. After all, you don't want to kill your workout by eating unhealthy for every single meal, right?

Exercising first thing in the morning also makes it virtually impossible to push it off. You see, instead of saying you will go at lunchtime or after work, you are going right when you wake up. Therefore, no excuses can be made. It will already be done.

Planning Out Your Day

You might not be achieving as much success as you would like because your schedule is out of whack. You might be missing deadlines as a result, or getting behind on your work.

If you create -- and stick -- to a schedule, then it is virtually impossible to get behind on it. So, instead of wondering if you have time to finish a certain task or time to go out to dinner with your friends, include everything in your schedule.

Of course, the morning is the perfect time to plan out your day. Your schedule will be fresh in your mind, which means you will know when and what you will need to do at any given time during the day.

The key with your schedule is filling in every time slot. You need to include everything -- everything! Breaks, going out with friends, going to the gym, work, lunch -- you name it. Take control of the day by making the ultimate schedule. That is the best way to not lose any hours in the day.

People always complain that there is not enough hours in the day. While that might actually be true for some, a big problem is the fact that people don't make a good enough schedule. Their schedule is not detailed enough and there are periods of time that are wasted because a time slot is empty.

On top of that, make sure you are doing your most important tasks first. If you do follow that tip, then your top priorities will be taken care of, and stress will not follow.

If you plan out every second, minute and hour of the day, then you will have more than enough time to get done with everything.

Yes, the magic that surrounds New Year's Eve is special, but you can have that magic, if you will, every single day if you are reflecting on your life every single day. We are not trying to discredit New Year's Eve, because what happens on that day is special -- people come together, people love each other a little more, people are more grateful and people become who they want to be, even if it is just for a day.

If you are working on self-improvement every single day, and not just once a year, just imagine how good your life could be. Just imagine how successful and happy you could be.
