Five words: Everyone deserves to be happy.
Therefore, we will pose this question: Are you happy?
No one said this little thing called life was going to be easy. There are no formulas to happiness, and that word alone -- happiness, that is -- has many different versions and meanings. With that in mind, there are three questions you have to answer on your pursuit of happiness, and they can be found below.
3 Questions You Have To Answer On Your Pursuit Of Happiness
- Are You Doing What You Love To Do?
- What Is Stopping You From Being The Happiest Version Of Yourself?
- Are You Settling For Less In Any Aspect Of Your Life?
Are You Doing What You Love To Do?
Are you stuck at a dead-end job, or are you working at your dream job? This might be a tough question to answer for the simple fact that most people don't know what their dream job is until they have found it.
However, if you aren't excited to go to work every morning (or at least most of the time), then you are likely stuck at a dead-end job, or at least one you do not fancy. The same thing especially rings true if you dread waking up and going to work in the morning.
Everyone's pursuit of happiness is different (some people simply want wealth in the form of an endless amount of money, while others want a family and financial security), but if you are not doing what you love to do, then you aren't going to be as fulfilled as you would like to be.
If you aren't doing what you love to do, then it is up to you to make the necessary changes. No one can follow your dreams for you, after all.
What Is Stopping You From Being The Happiest Version Of Yourself?
During your pursuit of happiness, you have to answer the above question.
Is your negative attitude stopping you from being the happiest version of yourself? Perhaps it is a negative habit, or negative people in your life. Maybe you just know there is something better out there for you, but it's up to you to search for it.
The sooner you find an answer to this question, the sooner you will be the happiest version of yourself. Unfortunately, we all face this question at one point or another.
Are You Settling For Less In Any Aspect Of Your Life?
If you want to be the happiest person you can possibly be, and if you want to take your pursuit of happiness to the ultimate level, then you can never settle. Don't settle with people, whether it comes to a romantic relationship or friendships, don't settle when it comes to your job, don't settle when it comes to your pay, don't settle in any aspect of your life.
The moment you settle, the moment you are telling the universe you are happy with not getting everything you deserve/want. You are the only person who truly knows what you are worth and what you want. Go out and get those things. Never settle.
